MCA Imus Buildings Declared Structurally Sound After Independent Engineering Inspection
IMUS CITY, CAVITE - Last October 28, 2025, Maranatha Christian Academy of Imus received its Structural Certification after a comprehensive inspection conducted by NMB Origenes Structural Engineering Consultancy. The independent engineering firm carried out a Structural Inspection Assessment of the school building in Malagasang, Imus, Cavite, focusing on key structural components such as columns, flat slabs, girders, and beams. The findings showed no signs of initial failure in the major structural members, and the building was declared safe for occupancy. The certification also recommended periodic monitoring and inspection, especially after seismic events, to ensure continued safety and resiliency.Â
