APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR NEW LEARNERS / TRANSFEREES
SCHOOL YEAR 2026 - 2027 JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Step 1: Prepare the Required Application Documents
Grade 7-10
Two (2) Photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate
Photocopy of Current Learner’s Progress Report Card
Certificate of Good Moral Character (for learners coming from the private schools)
ESC Certificate (for Grade 8-10 ESC Grantees only)

*Upon passing the entrance exam, ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS will be required from the applicant for admission.
Step 2: Register at the MCA PSPortal and fill out online form.
1. Click the button below to access the portal. Create an account to log in.
2. Click on Register Student and fill out all necessary information.
3. Download and print the registration form.
Step 3: On-Site Submission & Entrance Examination
Submit the required documents to the Administration Office.
. Once your documents are complete and verified, proceed with the payment of the Php 300 entrance exam fee. The applicant will then be assisted to the examination room.
After payment, proceed to Building 1, Room 104, and present the receipt to schedule the applicant's examination
Wait for the Entrance Exam Results Confirmation, which will be sent via email. If the applicant passes or is marked 'For Interview,' print the PDF confirmation letter.
Step 4: Assessment Interview
(Only applicants marked 'For Interview' in Entrance Exam Results Confirmation will be interviewed.)
Bring and submit the Entrance Exam Results Confirmation as proof for the assessment interview.
After the interview, the assessor will inform the applicant if they can proceed with the enrollment process, PROVIDED THAT THEY BRING THE ORIGINAL COPIES of the required documents.
REMINDERS
If the applicant's requirements are incomplete, they may reserve a slot by paying a ₱1,000 reservation fee. This amount will be deducted from the school fees but is non-refundable if the applicant chooses not to proceed with enrollment.
Step 5: Start the Enrollment Process
Submit the original copies of the required documents, along with the assessor’s recommendation for enrollment or the Entrance Exam Results Confirmation (for applicants who did not require an interview), to the Administration Office.
Pay the required enrollment fees.
REMINDERS
Admissions for New Learners/Transferees is ongoing from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (except holidays) or until slots are available.
Step 6: ID Registration and Photo Taking
Requirements:
Registration Card & Enrollment Receipt
Proper grooming for male learners:
- Prescribed haircut for male learners: Barber's Cut (2x3 inches)
- No earrings allowed
No color-dyed hair for all learners
Proper School Uniform (top portion)
- will be provided on‑site if needed.
Instructions:
After payment, proceed to the ID picture-taking area.
Only one guardian per family may accompany the learner/s during Photo ID taking.
Show the enrollment receipt as proof of enrollment.
Get your queue number and wait for your number to be called.
Review and verify the learner’s information in the system based on the PSA birth certificate.
Once your picture is taken, record the learner's name in the logbook.
Note:
The ID picture-taking schedule for early enrollees will follow the same schedule as their enrollment day.
For parents enrolling siblings together, ID picture-taking will be done on the same day as their enrollment.
