1.  Adhere to the official enrollment schedule to prevent congestion at the Admin Office

•  Note: Parents with siblings can enroll all children together during the youngest child's scheduled time.

2.  Online registration is no longer required, as the learner already has an existing school record in the system

3.  There is no need to present a Progress Report Card.

4.  Proceed to the Admin Office with the learner’s old ID for surrender and completion of the enrollment fee payment.

5.  After payment, proceed to the ID picture-taking area.

REMINDERS:

•  Upon enrollment, please accompany your child to the ID picture-taking area.

•  Late enrollees will forfeit any reservation discounts and slots.

•  This school year, online enrollment and payment options are unavailable.

     Requirements:      

• Enrollment Receipt

• Proper grooming for male learners:

   - Prescribed haircut for male learners: Barber's Cut (2x3 inches)

   - No earrings allowed

• No color-dyed hair for all learners

• Proper School Uniform (top portion)

   - bring your own uniform

       Instructions:      

1.  Show the enrollment receipt as proof of enrollment.

2.  Obtain your queue number and wait for your number to be called.

3.  Once your picture is taken, record the learner's name in the logbook.
