NCLC-MCA SCHOOL SYSTEM
The MARANATHA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY OF IMUS is a member of the National Christian Life College—Maranatha Christian Academy (NCLC-MCA) SCHOOL SYSTEM, which has over 60 branches nationwide. The Maranatha Christian Academy of Imus is the largest chapter in terms of land area, building structures, and school population.
WHO WE ARE
The MARANATHA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY OF IMUS is a non-stock, non- sectarian and non-profit institution which offers high quality but low cost education that seeks to form persons with utmost regard for Christian values. Established and dedicated to provide quality and relevant education which is accessible to all with emphasis on Christian living, this school is more than an educational institution. It is a ministry established initially in 1980 from an informal preschool class of thirteen pupils conducted in a onestorey building in Marikina City. Now, largely increased both in its population and building structure, this academic institution offers various facilities and amenities designed to give full and value-added support to the learning environment of its students.
The institution was pioneered by Dr. Leticia S. Ferriol, with the aim of providing high quality education that will meet the community and global competitiveness geared towards the development of intellectual, social, moral and above all, the spiritual being.
With its years of existence and experiences as an educational institution, the school has so much to offer to its pupils and students. The Christian orientation and dimension put the school in touch with the trends in education and the changes taking place in socioeconomic political fields as well as in the fields of moral and spiritual development.
SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY
The school philosophy is based on Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he shall not depart from it.”
