1. Strictly follow the ID Picture Schedule. Choose the most convenient time for enrolled siblings to have their ID pictures taken simultaneously.

2. Proceed to Building 1 Room 103 (IT / Prefect of Discipline Office).

3. Fill out the ID Form, fall in line, and wait for your turn. 

4. Present the following as proof of enrollment to the IT encoder:

- For Old / Continuing Learners - Enrollment Receipt

- For New Learners / Transferees - Registration Card

5. After taking the picture, write the learner's name in the Log  Book.

REMINDERS

1. ID Pictorial is located at Building 1, Room 103 from 8 - 11:30 AM and 2 - 4 PM.

2. Male learners should have a prescribed haircut (Barber's Cut / 2x3 inches).  Learners with color-dyed hair will not be accepted.

• Early enrollees are welcome. 

• Parent should enroll sibling learners simultaneously during the youngest sibling's schedule.

2. Submit the learner's progress report card and pay the corresponding Enrollment Fee at the Admin Office.  

REMINDERS

1. Late enrollees will lose their reservation discounts and slots.

2. There will be no online enrollment nor online payment option for enrollment this school year.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR NEW LEARNERS / TRANSFEREES

1. Admissions for New Learners / Transferees is ongoing from Mondays to Fridays from 8 -11 am and 2 -4 pm (except holidays) or until slots are open.

2. Download and fill out the Admissions Application Form using the link below:

3. After completing the Admission Application Form, you will receive an email 

4.  Bring the accomplished form and all application requirements to the Administration Office.

5.  Pay the entrance exam of Php 300.   The applicant will be assisted to the examination room.

6. Wait for the results of the entrance exam which will be notified through phone and email. 

7. Bring all original copies of all application requirements to the Administration office.

8. Kinder to Grade 1 applicants will be called back for an assessment interview.

. Learners who have passed the exam may pay for the Enrollment Fee at the Administration Office.

*Upon passing the entrance exam, ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS will be required from the applicant for admission.
